More than 1,500 cyclists and spectators from around the Valley and around the nation are headed to DC Ranch on Sunday, Oct. 8, for the 14th annual Tour de Scottsdale which is produced and hosted by DC Ranch.
The Tour takes off from Market Street and circumnavigates the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, coursing through Carefree and Fountain Hills, before finishing back on Market Street.
Please be advised this event will impact traffic on roads in DC Ranch and around north Scottsdale this Sunday, Oct. 8, from 5 a.m. until noon.
Closures in DC Ranch:
• Desert Camp Drive will close to traffic at 4 a.m. and re-open at 7 a.m. Residents will, however, be able to access their streets.
• 90th Place and Market Street will close to traffic at 4 a.m. and remain closed until noon.
• Safeway and surrounding Market Street businesses will be accessible from Pima Road.
