Ranch Association will host its annual Budget Workshop on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 6 p.m. at The Homestead Community Center.
Residents are encouraged to attend this important meeting at which the 2020 proposed neighborhood and Ranch Master operating budget, reserve plans and related assessments will be presented and discussed.
Over the last 18 months, landscape and maintenance services provided to the Ranch Master and neighborhoods (16 cost centers) have been tracked and recorded.
The last nine months of clean data is being used to calculate and allocate the foregoing expenses to the 16 cost centers.
While the proposed 2020 budget’s total costs are lower than the 2019 budget, assessments are impacted by the new maintenance and landscape allocations.
The new allocations, in some cases, are much different than the old ones.
The budget workshop is the final step in the fiscal-planning process before the Board’s scheduled vote at the Nov. 4 regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
Don’t miss this opportunity to ask questions and learn what to expect for next year prior to the budget being finalized.
Plan to join us Thursday, Oct. 17; we hope to see you there.
