CONSTRUCTION WITHIN DC RANCH

DC Ranch Corporate Center

Located in the southwest portion of DC Ranch at 91st Street and Palo Brea Bend, the DC Ranch Corporate Center has a new development project underway on lots 1, 2 and 3. The project will consist of four, two-story buildings totaling over 50,000 square feet. One building is dedicated to office space; the other three are a combination of office and warehouse space. 5-Lot Subdivision

Brown Family Trust, owner of a three-acre property in DC Ranch, has applied to the City of Scottsdale for approval of a new five-lot subdivision. The land is on the north side of Legacy Blvd. with The Villas at Desert Park Village (1.15 and 1.16) on its eastern border. Access into the property will be from Union Hills. The smallest of the five lots is more than double the size required under its R1–7 zoning. For more information contact Eric Gerster of SEG at 480.462.2783. ICON Silverleaf

Six condominiums have sold in ICON Silverleaf. Located just east of Canyon Village commercial center, the project includes 72 single-level units with semi-private elevators, an outdoor pool and guard house. ICON Silverleaf has floorplans of up to 3,200 square feet of living space in eight multi-level buildings. The Village at Silverleaf

Cullum Homes has sold 12 of the 19 homes planned for The Village at Silverleaf. The development is situated along the Silverleaf golf course and will consist of both villas and cottages. Sales prices have ranged from $2.5 to $4.6 Million. | Learn More

Marriott Fairfield Inn

The Marriott Fairfield Inn planned for the hotel site in DC Ranch Crossings has been approved by the City of Scottsdale Design Review Board and is in the final stage of review with the DC Ranch Covenant Commission. CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS NEAR DC RANCH

101 Freeway Expansion

The Arizona Department of Transportation is constructing an additional traffic lane in both directions from Interstate 17 to Pima Princess. Click here for current closure information. Phase two of this project will continue the lane expansions from Pima/Princess to Shea; no start date has been set.

Northwest corner of Pima and Legacy – Chase Bank

APMI has submitted plans to the city of Scottsdale to develop a one-story Chase Bank building on the northwest corner of Legacy and Pima. The bank will include two drive through ATM lanes.

The overall site is approximately 1.6 acres. The bank will have two entrances, one on Legacy Boulevard and one from southbound Pima. View site plan with building elevations.

Please note that changes to the plans often take place as the project works through Scottdale’s design and planning process.

Northwest corner of Pima and Legacy – Independent Senior Living Project

The Wolff Company has submitted a proposal to the City of Scottsdale for a luxury, independent senior living community located at the northwest corner of Pima and Legacy Boulevard. The proposal envisions a maximum of 200 luxury independent living units in one, two and three story buildings on a 14-acre parcel.

The units will be available for rent to individuals 55 years of age and older, and include both free-standing and attached options. The project envisions long-term lease opportunities, as well as luxury amenities including a restaurant, coffee bar, pool, and fitness facilities.

The main entry for the project will be on Legacy Boulevard.

Northwest corner of Hayden and Loop 101 – Nationwide Corporate Office complex

Recently approved by City of Scottsdale (at Hayden and the 101): The 87-foot-tall, 5-story Nationwide Corporate Office complex will include a 465,435-square-foot office building and a 1.2 million-square-foot parking garage on 13 acres of a 30-acre parcel, according to a filing with Scottsdale’s Development Review Board. The parking garage will accommodate 3,750 vehicles, more than currently needed but in anticipation of future development that is expected to include residential, retail and hotel uses.

The buildings, which will be part of the overall project known as Cavasson, will be connected by a pedestrian bridge and are the first proposed for Crossroads East north of the Loop 101 Freeway and west of Hayden Road. Nationwide plans to eventually add 1.8 million square feet of commercial space on 134 acres that it purchased from the Arizona State Land Department for $83 million around the 101 Freeway and Hayden Road in 2018.
