New Resident Welcome

Welcome to DC Ranch! This is a dynamic community in which residents and stakeholders feel a sense of commitment and mutual responsibility. The New Resident Welcome Program supports the endeavor that living in DC Ranch is more than just living in a beautiful home; it’s about living connected.

DC Ranch is an open and welcoming community, and the Community Council strives to create a sense of belonging in every resident. The New Resident Welcome Program is a comprehensive initiative to educate and enlighten new residents about the history, amenities, and opportunities that lie within the community.

Through a series of fun events and gatherings over the course of their first year in DC Ranch, new residents will have the chance to meet other residents and DC Ranch staff. From a sunset tour through the neighborhoods to a welcome home neighbor visit, the program provides opportunities for spirited involvement.

We are thrilled to have you as part of the community and look forward to meeting you soon as well as supporting your endeavors as an active member of the community. For questions, please contact the Community Engagement Team at community.engagement@dcranchinc.com. Listed below are a few things to get you started.
