2021 Ranch Association Board Election
The Ranch Association is seeking applicants to fill four positions on the Board of Directors for two (2) two-year terms and two (2) three-year terms. Board members play an important role in ensuring that the Association’s governance functions effectively and efficiently. Candidates should be willing to implement the Board’s roles and responsibilities as defined in the Ranch governing documents and, at all times represent the best interests of DC Ranch and its members by acting with the highest standards of integrity, thought, judgement, and confidentiality when required.

February 1 | Candidate Forms posted on DC Ranch.com
February 1 | Election Kickoff at Board of Directors meeting
March 1 | Deadline for candidate applications | 5 p.m.
March 15 | Meet the Candidates Night | 6 p.m.
March 16 | Ballots mailed to NVMs and residents as needed
April 5 | Board members elected at the Annual Meeting | 6 p.m.
Applications are due March 1 at 5 p.m.
Board of Director Qualifications and Commitments
Directors are elected by the community’s 44 Neighborhood Voting Members who vote on behalf of the neighbors that they have been elected to represent. Owners in neighborhoods without NVM representation receive an individual ballot for each lot owned.
