2020 Neighborhood Voting Member Election

There are 44 elected residents who serve the neighborhoods in which they live by voting on Ranch Association matters that require a “member vote.” Their most important duty is election of the Board of Directors which occurs in early April each year. While board members serve multiple three-year terms, NVMs are elected annually. The NVM election period runs Oct. 1 through Dec. 14 as new terms start Jan. 1. Any resident who is in good standing with the Association is eligible to serve. The goal is to have all 44 NVM positions filled, so please consider serving your community in this volunteer capacity. NVMs are at the very heart of DC Ranch, helping at the grass roots level to keep the community living connected.

Oct. 1, 2020 | Candidate Statement Forms post to DCRanch.com in Resident Services and in the Community Management section

Oct. 5, 2020 | 6 to 7 p.m. | Agenda item for Ranch Association Board of Directors Meeting

Nov. 2, 2020 | Deadline for Candidate Statements to be received at The Ranch Offices on Market Street by 5 p.m. Candidate statements may be mailed, faxed to 480.515.6367 or emailed to Terri.Raimondi@dcranchinc.com.

Nov. 23, 2020 | NVM ballot notices are mailed this week with the 2021 Budget & Assessments.

Dec. 14, 2020 | Ballots are due by 5 p.m. at The Ranch Offices on Market Street and may be sent by mail in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Dec. 21, 2020 | 2021 NVMs will be announced on DCRanch.com.

Jan. 1, 2021 | New NVM one-year term begins
