This Basic Yoga class is designed for those brand new to yoga or those with a beginner yoga practice. Learn how to incorporate yogic breathing techniques, body and spinal alignment and how to properly and safely work your body into different yoga postures including standing, sitting and balancing poses. This class focuses on stretching the larger muscle groups, helping improve flexibility and decreasing risk for injury. Come with an open mind and open heart. Meets Tuesday and Thursday each week.
May 2 to 30 Session II at 9 am (9 classes) at DESERT CAMP. Space is limited. Not accepting drop ins.
8 minimum registrants to host classes for a session | Must meet requirement by 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to start date.
