This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety and stability within each pose. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

There will be no classes at TH April 26-May 3 due to playhouse production. Free virtual recordings will be available to those registered for classes.
