This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! Cost varies per session or $7 drop in available.
Sept. 3rd to Sept. 26 (8 classes)

Nov. 5 to Nov. 26 (7 classes) *No class on Thanksgiving
