If you can’t make it, or wish to take the class more than once a week, recordings will be posted for residents to enjoy anytime.
All you’ll need is a yoga mat (or beach towel) and weights (1, 2, 4, 5 or 6 lbs.). If you happen to have long resistance bands, you can do many of the exercises with the band instead of weights. If you don’t have access to weights or bands, try some of these household products:
full water bottles
dishwasher detergent bottles
unopened printer paper packages
