Experience fine food and dining with this hands-on cooking class that focuses on seasonal foods. Participants will prepare a delicious, healthy meal while learning different cooking techniques. The program includes a demonstration and discussion by the Chef Instructor. Once the menu is complete, participants will sit down together to enjoy the meal with specially selected wines and beverages.
Residents will take home recipes of the meal they have prepared, that they may recreate with supplemental ingredients from their local grocery store or home gardens.
