Tai Chi is safe for all ages and physical abilities. No special clothing is required.
About the instructor:
Deanne Hodgson has credentials in medicine, psychology and spirituality, is a Healer Within facilitator, a Medical Qigong practitioner, certified by the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, and a professional member of the National Qigong Association. Her unique style of teaching addresses the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual aspects of stress relief, resulting in a general sense of well-being by the end of each session.
