This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. The instructor will focus on core and balance exercises to give you an all-around workout. This class is designed for all levels.

There will be no classes at TH April 26-May 3 due to playhouse production. Free virtual recordings will be available to those registered for classes.
