This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. We will be working on your core and balance to give you an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on the mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will be used. This class is designed for all levels. Please bring a mat and water bottle. Cost varies per session, $7 drop in available.
