This class is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. We will be working on your core and balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done seated on the mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will also be used. This class is designed for all levels. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! Cost varies per session or $7 drop in available:
Sept. 4 to Sept. 30 (8 classes) *No class on Labor Day
Oct. 2 to Oct. 30 (9 classes)
Nov. 4 to Nov. 27 (8 classes)
Registration opens Aug. 5.
