Strength and Balance (offered on Mondays and Wednesdays) is designed to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. The instructor will help you work on your core and balance to give you an all-around workout. A portion of the class will be done while seated on a mat. Chairs are optional. Light weights and resistance bands will be used. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat.

• Aug. 5 to 28 at 9 am (8 classes) Space is limited. Not accepting drop ins.
