Pilates Yoga Fusion combines controlled movements from both the Pilates and Yoga disciplines for a workout that is challenging, but gentle on the joints. The physical benefits include improved strength, endurance and muscle tone. When practiced regularly, participants will see improved coordination and alignment, better balance and stability, increased flexibility and range of motion. The instructor will also introduce techniques to reduce stress levels and promote the mind-body connection.
What to Expect:
• Exercises on mat or at wall
• Gentle warmup
• Slower controlled movements
• Focus on core strength and alignment
• Standing balance poses
• Arm balances (when you feel ready)
• Strengthening and stretching
• Intense work and fun
