Join expert outdoor photographer and McDowell Sonoran Preserve Conservancy Steward, Richard Buchbinder, for a 2-part photography class in DC Ranch. Residents are invited to attend one or both sessions.
Part 1 of the class consists of an interactive lecture on photography, including discussion on photography techniques from lighting to perspective. Richard will share some of his beautiful photography and how to apply his techniques to any camera. The time is 5:30 to 7 p.m.
For part 2 of the class, residents will grab their cameras for a full day of taking pictures on our unique path and trail system. Any camera is welcome: digital, smartphone, or traditional. You will return with some great images and improved photographic techniques. Comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes recommended for the walking portion of the class.
