Registration includes a 3-course dinner, tax and gratuity. Beverages are the responsibility of each guest. Tables of 2 to 4 will be served the following menu items family style:
Appetizers
- Sals Polpette meatballs

Salad
- Mista Salad – mixed greens, shaved fennel, carrots, radish cucumber, celery, tomatoes and feta.
Pastas
- Isabela – fusilli pasta, broccoli, jumbo shrimp, red chili flakes.
- Pasta alla Norma – campanelle pasta, eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, ricotta salata and red chili.
- Gluten-free pasta available upon request: penne pasta with red sauce, garlic butter sauce or olive oil with salt and pepper
Entrées
- Chicken Saltimbocca – chicken breast, fontina cheese, prosciutto, sage, white wine and mushrooms.
- Bestecca alla Bagna – flat iron steak served medium rare with Italian salsa verde.

- Maple roasted baby rainbow carrots with herb goat cheese
- Lemon broccolini with parmesan and toasted pine nuts
