To make registration easier for ongoing fitness programs, residents may now purchase classes up to three months in advance! Cost varies per session or $7 drop in available.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga expertise. The class moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers lots of modifications so participants can customize the class to fit their specific needs. Teachers focus on alignment and breathing techniques so students can safely stretch and strengthen their bodies. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
