This class is suitable for all levels of yoga expertise. The class moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers lots of modifications so participants can customize the class to fit their specific needs. Teachers focus on alignment and breathing techniques so students can safely stretch and strengthen their bodies. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
NEW – Starting in January, a Friday class will be available. Cost varies per session, $7 drop in available.
Mondays and Wednesdays:
Dec. 2 to Dec. 18 (6 classes) $21
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
Jan. 6 to Jan. 31 (11 classes) $37
Feb. 3 to Feb. 28 (11 classes) $37
*Note: This class will break for the holidays during the weeks of Dec. 23 and 30. No class on MLK Day, Jan. 20 and President’s Day, Feb. 17.
