This class is suitable for all levels of yoga expertise. The class moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers lots of modifications so participants can customize the class to fit their specific needs. Teachers focus on alignment and breathing techniques so students can safely stretch and strengthen their bodies. Meets Monday and Wednesday each week.
$30 fee per session (value of $3 per class) | $5 drop-in fee
8 minimum registrants to host classes for a session | Must meet requirement by 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to start date.
