This class is designed to instruct and challenge students at all levels of yoga expertise, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. All Levels Yoga moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers modifications so participants can customize the class to fit their specific needs. Teachers focus on alignment and breathing techniques so students can safely stretch and strengthen their bodies while calming their spirit. This class meets every Monday and Wednesday.
$24 fee per session (value of $3 per class) | $5 drop-in fee
8 minimum registrants to host classes for a session | Must meet requirement by 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to start date.
