Join DC Ranch for the launch of the 20 for 20: Hiking Challenge!
DC Ranch Community Council will be offering five different hikes throughout the year that equal approximately 20 miles to commemorate the 20th year anniversary. The hikes will traverse DC Ranch’s paths and trails, including the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
The fourth hike will navigate around Silverleaf. In partnership with the Conservancy, this particular hike will be approximately 4.5 miles. Participants will meet at The Homestead at 9 a.m. Please wear proper shoes, clothing, hat and sunscreen. Bring plenty of water for the hike.
Each walk is rated easy to moderate and can last anywhere from two to three hours depending on the hike. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and picked up after while strolling the paths and trails. The hikes will be guided. Please refer to this map for the hikes.
Must be logged in to RSVP.
