This class instructs students in the fundamental principles of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student’s understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This class allows students of all levels to move at their own pace. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.
$24 fee per session (value of $3 per class) | $5 drop-in fee
8 minimum registrants to host classes for a session | Must meet the requirement by 3 p.m. on Thursday prior to the start date
