Golf Clubs - The Country Club at DC Ranch and The Silverleaf Club:
Two privately owned and operated golf courses have been constructed within the Community. Purchase of property in the Community does not guarantee or vest in the buyer the right to use either of the two Golf Courses or related Club facilities at The Country Club at DC Ranch and the Silverleaf Club. No property owner acquires any interest or rights with respect to either of the Golf Courses by virtue of taking title to property in the Community. Each golf course shall be maintained by the respective golf club, and lot owners who do not become members of a golf club shall have no obligation to pay any portion of the maintenance costs for the relevant golf course and related facilities. Memberships in The Country Club at DC Ranch and in The Silverleaf Club, available to property owners (and others, as limited by the terms of membership) are being offered in accordance with the respective Club's Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, and Membership Agreement. Memberships in both clubs are limited in number and are being made available by invitation only. Facilities, amenities, services and prices are subject to change. DC Ranch and Silverleaf are located in the territory of and in close proximity to the Scottsdale Airport located at 15000 North Airport Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona, which is located generally between Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard on the north, Pima Road on the east, Thunderbird Road on the south and Scottsdale Road on the west. Promotional Programs:
Promotional programs are typically available only on select lots at select neighborhoods for a limited time period, and are not available in conjunction with other offers.
