The North Scottsdale Golf Community of DC Ranch offers something for every resident within the two community centers, Desert Camp Community Center and The Homestead Community Center. Bringing families and neighbors together, sharing activities for all ages and supporting a healthy lifestyle, these community centers are meant to be the social hubs for the residents. Currently, the community's parks and recreation team operates and staffs Desert Camp Community Center, a 9-acre recreational facility. The second recreational facility, The Homestead Community Center situated on approximately 4 acres, opened in the fall of 2006.
