Yoga - Mon/Wed
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga expertise. The class moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers lots of modifications so participants can customize the class to fit their specific needs. Yoga - Tues/Thur
Designed for yoga beginners. Learn to incorporate yogic breathing techniques, body and spinal alignment and how to properly and safely work your body into yoga postures. This class focuses on stretching the larger muscle groups, helping to improve flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Instructor: Linda Santopietro

Shallow Water Exercise
Water exercise is a great choice for burning calories, or for times when low impact workouts are more beneficial. Shallow Water Exercise uses music specifically chosen to improve your aerobic performance and overall enjoyment of the aerobic exercise experience. 

Fit for Life
A quick 45-minute early morning class that warms you up and helps you get or stay fit for living life to its fullest. A combination of light resistance training and quick intervals of various cardio activities. Each class is professionally presented to provide easy modification by each participant to help them meet their individual fitness level or expectation.
