Fitness Programs

The following is a list of regularly-occuring activities for children and adults. See the community Calendar for dates, times and locations of upcoming programs.

Little Dribblers
An introduction to basketball through games and activities in a safe, enjoyable environment. The goal is to promote having fun while developing a child's gross motor skills, increasing self esteem and encouraging group social skills.     
                                                                                                                    
Little Kicks
An introduction to soccer through games and activities in a safe and enjoyable environment. The goal is to promote having fun while developing your child's gross motor skills, increasing self-esteem and encouraging group social skills.           

Yoga Basics
Designed for yoga beginners. Learn to incorporate yogic breathing techniques, body and spinal alignment and how to properly and safely work your body into yoga postures.  This class focuses on stretching the larger muscle groups, helping to improve flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.

Zumba
