Facility Rentals

Desert Camp and The Homestead Community Centers are the heart of all DC Ranch community activities, events, and social gatherings.  In addition to recreation amenities, events and programs, DC Ranch Residents may reserve parts of these facilities for private events.

To inquire about availability residents may visit either Desert Camp or The Homestead Community Center, or call 480.342.7178. Walk-through appointments are required in order to provide you the most insight possible about the facilities and to ensure other rentals are not disturbed.

Depending on event size and space reserved, other events may be hosted nearby (i.e. pool patio may be reserved to host a birthday party and, at the same time, the pool cabanas may be reserved to host a bar-b-que). Also note that these are community facilities with a variety of amenities that remain open for use during private reservations.

Secure a Reservation

Reservations will be held for one (1) week. In order to secure the reservation a Facility Rental Agreement must be completed, signed, and submitted along with required deposits and fees. Reservations may be released if all documents, deposits, and fees are not received with one (1) week.

Desert Camp Community Center

This community center offers a variety of settings perfect for intimate (smaller) special events, parties, meetings and celebrations for groups up to 80.

Rental Amenities:

  • Multi Purpose Room – a 700 sq foot room that accommodates up to 40 people
  • North Patio – a secluded open air patio that accommodates up to 40 people
  • Recreation Room / Kitchenette – a room to relax in with attached kitchenette that accommodates up to 20 people
  • Toddler Cabana – a covered outdoor space by the toddler pool that accommodates up to 40 people
  • West Cabana – a covered outdoor space by the main pool that accommodates up to 40 people

Unless noted all rentals are 2 hour minimum during regular business hours and 4 hours minimum after hours.

    The Homestead Community Center

    This community center offers a variety of settings perfect for larger special events, parties, meetings and celebrations for groups of 50 to 200.

    Rental Amenities:

    • The Homestead Grand Hall & Veranda – approximately 7000 sq ft that accommodates up to 250 people
    • Frontier Room 1; Frontier Room 2 & Frontier Room 3 - Partitioned rooms within the Grand Hall that accommodates up to 50 people per room
    • Veranda – a covered outdoor space overlooking Oasis water feature, Adventure playground and event lawn that accommodates up to 20 people
