Neighborhood Voting Members

NVMs are vital to the community. They are volunteer advocates for their fellow neighbors and responsible for electing the board of directors. They are the direct liaisons between residents and the Ranch Association helping to rectify issues and facilitate change when needed. NVMs are your partners to provide feedback. They speak frequently with residents to grasp the pulse of each neighborhood and relay the majority view to the board for action or advisement. They are committed to attending monthly board meetings and greeting newcomers. NVMs serve one neighborhood during their one year term and must own in the neighborhood they wish to represent.
